This blog includes personal things of interest including electric vehicle conversion. I have documented the conversion of a petrol (gas) powered vehicle to Electric. http://www.austinev.org/evalbum/1149.
The blog now documents the conversion of a BMW E30 to electric.

meh.. i'd be happy if ISPs would bump up the upload speeds.
100MBit/s down but just 1.5MBit/s (?) upload is kinda.. pointless. i already get 1MBit/s upload on my DSL6000 line.. and i already run into lots of problems with the upload just being waaay too slow (uploading youtube videos, private game servers... stuff like that) 10-16MBit/s download and 6+MBit/s upload.. now THAT would be something i'd like ;)

I have to agree. Having a more symmetric up / down rate would be preferable.
