Using the spreadsheets from http://www.cameronsoftware.com/ev/Welcome.html which I have adapted to include regeneration, I should get a 'Wednesday Commute' of 35 km in a Townace SBV with 20Ah Batteries with a depth of discharge of 49%.
I am VERY happy with these figures. The payback period should be about 4 years not counting vehicle purchase price.
